What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of physical conditions that affect mobility, movement, and functionality. Physiotherapists use a variety of techniques to help patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and restore movement, strength, and flexibility.

Our physiotherapists offer treatments for a variety of conditions, including:

What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational Therapy (OT) focuses on helping individuals achieve independence and improve their quality of life through meaningful activities. Occupational therapists work with patients who may be experiencing physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges to perform daily tasks like dressing, cooking, working, or participating in social activities.

Our occupational therapists assist with:

  • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Teaching patients strategies to manage everyday tasks, such as dressing, eating, and bathing.
