Admission Facilities

For those patients who need treatment as an in-patient we have different categories of rooms that suits all tastes and budgets. Three categories of rooms are available apart from an ICU/HDU for the serious patients. You are free to notify the nurse the choice of room you would want at the time of admission.

Private Rooms:
Our private rooms are all luxuriously appointed and offer the best possible comfort for the patients. These rooms offer beautiful vistas of the adjacent Leisure Lodge Golf Resorts from the balcony. Designed for single occupancy these rooms are spacious and can even accommodate a relative (in a comfortable couch) if need be. All rooms are en-suite with attached bathroom (spacious showers, WC, and basic toiletries) and are fully furnished with an array of dazzling features:

      • Comfortable beds with crisp linens.
      • Individually controlled air conditioners.
      • Multi-channel satellite TV.
      • DVD player.
      • Mini bar.
      • Bed-side nurse-call system.
      • Oxygen ports.
      • Internet access/Wi-Fi.
      • Local and long-distance calls.

The range of features and comfort of the private rooms rival those of some of the best 5-star hotels. Our rooms are renowned for the superior levels of cleanliness and hygiene. Most of our patients seem surprised by the distinct lack of the typical ‘hospital smell’ in our rooms!

    Semi-Private Rooms:
Recently refurbished these rooms are meant for double occupancy. The rooms have attached bathrooms with separate WC and shower areas, satellite TV, bed-side nurse-call system, air conditioner and internet access. The rooms are very spacious and can even accommodate a relative if there is a need.

    General Wards:
We have dedicated general wards for males, females and children.  The Mandela wards are for male patients and a maximum of 3 patients share a room.  We have a bed capacity of 13 patients in Mandela wards.  Our Amani ward is for female patients and we have a capacity of 17 beds.  Our Simba wards are for the children and we have a capacity of 10 beds.  Our post operative recovery ward can accommodate 6 patients.  In addition we have a new general ward Uhuru ward to accommodate patients when the general wards capacity is exhausted.
