After Treatment
Once your stay with us is complete and your treating doctor agrees that you are well enough to leave the hospital, you will be discharged. This is normally a straightforward process but you may find this further information useful.
Your doctor may write a prescription for medications to take home with you. These will be given to you by the nurse and he/she will explain how to take them correctly and tell you about any possible side effects.
Patients are generally discharged after the morning rounds at around 10-11 AM. Please call or ask your nurse to call reception to arrange a hospital porter if you need help with your baggage.
